I’m a Product and UX/UI Designer based in 🇨🇦 Toronto. I design clear, human-centred products that work in real life. With over 5️⃣ years of cross-regional experience, I’ve crafted digital solutions for global 🍽️ F&B and 🏨 hospitality brands such as Tim Hortons, Burger King, Subway and Accor Group.

Previously, i worked at Aigens, a Hong Kong–based B2B SaaS company specialising in digital ordering and loyalty platforms for multi-market restaurant groups. I focused deeply on digital loyalty 👑, from customized programs to standardized modules, building a foundation that kept improving and scaling across markets.

When I joined a team of about 2️⃣0️⃣ in Hong Kong; by the time I left, we had moved offices twice and grown to almost 5️⃣0️⃣ in Hong Kong and 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣+ worldwide. It was rewarding to see the company grow from startup to SME 📈.

I partner with 👥 product managers and developers from concept to launch. I bring UX and UI craft plus practical familiarity with development and project management, enough to 🙋 ask the right questions, 🎯 align scope, and 🤝 communicate clearly.

After relocating to Toronto and working in 🔥 professional kitchens, I gained a deeper appreciation of 💘 real customer needs. These experiences shaped my empathy and grounded my design decisions in everyday reality.
